Terms of Service

1. Scope. Volano builds the website starting from the preview shown to the client, and provides the monthly "Cura" service. The website is offered in two versions, with no limit on the number of pages: "Sito Base" (without a blog, without the «L'esperto risponde» guide and with standard indexing) and "Sito Completo" (with a blog, the «L'esperto risponde» guide and advanced indexing).

2. Timescales. The website is delivered within 7 working days of the client providing the access details and materials requested in the client area.

3. Changes. The client edits the website independently from the client area dashboard (text, photos, videos, style, layout, sections and pages), both before and after publication. Work carried out manually by Volano is quoted separately (clause 13).

4. Prices and payment. The website is a subscription. Sito Base: €250 + VAT per year, or €23 + VAT per month. Sito Completo: €480 + VAT per year, or €43 + VAT per month. The annual subscription is paid on activation and renews automatically every year, charged to the same card: Volano notifies the client by email 30 and 7 days before each renewal. The monthly subscription is charged every month for as long as the website is active. The client can cancel at any time from the client area in two clicks: the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for and then does not renew, with no refunds for the current period. Cura: first month included, then €39 + VAT per month, charged automatically.

5. Cancellation. Cura can be cancelled at any time from the client area and remains active until the end of the month already paid for. The client can download a complete copy of the website from the client area at any time, including after cancellation.

6. Content. The client warrants that they hold the rights to the text, photos and logos supplied or present on their current website.

7. Access and data. Credentials provided are stored encrypted and used solely to deliver the service. Wherever possible, we ask for delegated access instead of a password.

8. Website privacy and cookies. Volano prepares the website's privacy notice and cookie policy based on what the website actually uses, and updates them whenever something changes, at no extra cost; the website is built so that it does not set cookies or connect visitors to external services without their consent. The client is the data controller for visitors' data and provides their company name, registered office, VAT number and a contact, without which the website will not be published.

9. Data processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Upon activation, the client appoints Volano as data processor for the technical management of the website. Volano processes data solely for this purpose and in accordance with the client's instructions; binds anyone with access to confidentiality; adopts appropriate security measures (encrypted access, backups, servers with an HTTPS certificate); may engage sub-processors for hosting and email delivery, subject to the same obligations, and provides a list of them on request; helps the client respond to requests from data subjects and notifies them without delay in the event of a data breach; at the end of the service, returns or deletes the data, unless required by law to retain it.

10. Domain. The domain is always registered in the client's name, and the client registers and renews it with their own registrar. Volano does not register or renew domains on the client's behalf: it assists with connecting the domain, checks daily that it is working and notifies the client before it expires.

11. Backups. Volano saves a complete copy of the website every day and retains it (the latest 7 copies and one per month for 12 months); the client can download them from the client area to keep them or to move the website.

12. Failed payments. If a payment fails, the client is notified immediately and again after 3, 7 and 12 days. If payment is not received within 15 days, the site is paused: it is not deleted, and it goes back online as soon as payment is received.

13. Bespoke services. Custom work is quoted separately and is carried out only after the client has accepted and paid the quote.

14. Volano Digital trial. Anyone who requests a preview via the QR code on our posters or from the Volano home page can activate their site with a trial: €1 + VAT, paid once, for 2 months of the site being online and the Cura service, starting from the date of payment. The trial is available only once per site (same domain) or, for those starting without a site, once per email address. On payment, the client saves their card and authorises automatic billing when the trial ends: unless they cancel beforehand, the annual Sito Base subscription starts automatically, at €250 + VAT per year, renewing automatically every year. If, before paying for the trial, the client chose the Sito Completo or monthly billing, their chosen option starts when the trial ends, at the price set out in clause 4, with the same renewal and cancellation terms. Volano notifies the client by email 30 and 7 days before the trial ends. The client can turn off the automatic start at any time from the client area, free of charge: in that case, the service stops when the trial ends and no payment is taken. When the trial ends, only the site is charged: the Cura service, €39 + VAT per month, does not start automatically, and the client can add it from the client area if they wish. Until the trial ends, the client can change their chosen billing (annual or monthly) from the client area. In all other respects, the terms above apply.

15. SEO for a site not built by Volano. Anyone with a site built or hosted by someone else can purchase the SEO service on its own, at €15 + VAT per month with automatic billing and no trial period: the service is activated on payment. Every month, Volano automatically reads the public pages of the site specified by the client, flags any issues found and prepares ready-to-use copy and recommendations; changes to the site are made by the client or whoever manages their site, unless quoted separately (clause 13). The client warrants that they are entitled to request checks on the site specified. No search engine ranking is guaranteed. The client can cancel at any time from their dashboard: the service remains active until the end of the month already paid for, after which checks and updates stop and no further payments are taken; any improvements already made to the site remain the client's, and reports remain available in the dashboard.

16. Free trial dashboard. After viewing the preview, you can access the dashboard free of charge to customise your site, with no card and no commitment: the site remains a private preview, not public and not indexed, until it is activated. If the dashboard goes unused for 30 days, Volano deletes any uploaded photos, videos and documents, after sending an email notice one week beforehand; text and settings are kept. To keep them, simply reopen the dashboard.

17. ContextOS. ContextOS is a standalone service with no website: it condenses AI assistant chats, documents and notes uploaded by the client into a single summary text (context package). Free 7-day trial, once per email address, with a card registered at activation; when the trial ends, the subscription starts at €4.99 + VAT per month, charged automatically, unless cancelled from the dashboard before the end of the trial, in which case no charges apply. After that, the client may cancel at any time: the service remains active until the end of the paid month. The client uploads only content they have the right to use and undertakes not to upload passwords, access keys or personal data of third parties. For analysis, the content is sent to the Anthropic API, which acts as a supplier and does not use it to train its models. Sources and packages are visible only from the client's dashboard, and the client may delete them at any time; they are deleted when the subscription ends. The token saving shown is measured on the content uploaded and is not guaranteed for other uses; the text produced is automatic and must be checked by the client before use.

18. AI CEO. The AI CEO is an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence that the client uses on Telegram: it reads the data about their business held in Volano, suggests priorities, keeps an internal log of forecasts and commitments (which is not accounting and does not move money) and carries out on its own only low-risk, reversible actions, such as notices on the website or notes. Payments, contracts, tax decisions, major changes and spending above the threshold chosen by the client always require their approval. The AI CEO's suggestions are not tax, legal or financial advice, and decisions remain with the client. Tiers: Essenziale €199, Pro €349 and Executive €499 per month + VAT, with the limits on messages and reports shown in the client area; once the daily limit is reached, the AI CEO replies the following day. It can be deactivated from the client area at any time.
